BAYOU FETTUCCINE 
2 lbs. shrimp or 1 lb. crawfish (boiled)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. fettuccine noodles
1/4 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) Cheez Whiz - Mexican or Jalapeno Flavored
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 tsp. red pepper, parsley and celery salt
1/2 onion and bell pepper (diced)

Saute onion, bell pepper and parsley in butter. Combine everything else except seafood. Simmer 15 minutes. Then add seafood. Simmer 15 minutes more. Add additional seasoning if needed. Serve over fettuccine noodles. Serves 5 or 6.
