MAIN DISH CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground ham
1 lb. ground pork (lean)
1/2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. milk

SAUCE:

2 cans tomato soup
Scant c. vinegar
2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard

Mix well. Shape into large balls. Place in shallow baking dish. Mix sauce ingredients well and pour over balls before baking 50-60 minutes in 350 degree oven.

This casserole freezes well and is nice to serve at picnics or covered dish meals.
