1 box Duncan Hines lemon supreme cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. Mazola oil
1 box instant Jello pudding
10 oz. 7-Up

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until creamy and well mixed. Place in 3 layer cakes or a large loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for layers for 30 minutes. If in a loaf pan, bake a little longer.

FILLING:

1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut

Cook until thick, then add the coconut. Put filling between layers or serve filling warm over squares from the loaf pan.
