NOODLE AND GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
Crisco
Cheddar cheese
1 lg. pkg. wide noodles
1 (10 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 chopped onion
1 clove garlic
Paprika, salt & pepper

Brown meatballs in onion, garlic and Crisco. Add 1 can tomato sauce and 1 can of water. Simmer covered for 1 hour. (Sprinkle on salt, pepper and paprika.) Cook noodles and drain. In casserole, put layer of noodles, layer of meatballs and sauce, layer of cheese, grated. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
