APPLE KUCHEN 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 can (20 oz.) pie apples, drained
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. dairy sour cream
2 egg yolks or 2 eggs

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cut butter into dry cake mix until crumbly. Mix in coconut. Pat mixture into ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan (lightly pat). Bake 10 minutes. Arrange apples on crust.

Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on apples. Blend sour cream and egg yolks. Drizzle over apples. Bake 25 minutes or until edges are light brown. Serve warm.
