1 egg
1 c. creamy peanut butter
1 c. sugar
Chocolate stars
1/4 c. flour (see instructions)

Mix egg, peanut butter and sugar well. Roll dough into walnut size balls. Press a chocolate star into center of each cookie. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. If you use a generic peanut butter add 1/4 cup flour or they will run. Bake 1 test cookie.
