HASH BROWN QUICHE 
24 oz. hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/3 c. melted butter
2 c. shredded cheese - Swiss, Cheddar, etc.
1 c. half and half
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper
2 c. chopped ham

Line 10 inch pie plate with hash browns. Pour on melted butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven. Layer in ham and cheese over hash browns. Beat eggs. Add half and half, salt and pepper. Pour over other ingredients. Bake 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Serves 6-8.
