YANKEE MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 med. onion
Accent
1 egg
1 c. Minute rice
1 (64 oz.) can tomatoes or V-8 juice

Mix together first 5 ingredients and make balls. Put in deep pan in single layer. Add 64 oz. can tomatoes or V-8 juice. Cook slowly until juice gets thick, approximately 1 hour.
