ZERO DRESSING 
1 1/2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
2 tbsp. water
2 c. tomato juice (or V-8)
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. salad oil
Salt to taste

In medium saucepan, soften gelatin in water; heat to dissolve gelatin. Stir in remaining ingredients; refrigerate until serving time. When ready to serve, stir until smooth. Make 2 1/2 cups at 9 calories per tablespoon.
