YOGURT POTATO SALAD | |
1 c. plain yogurt 2 tsp. prepared mustard 2 tsp. horseradish 2 c. cooked, cubed potatoes 1/2 c. sliced celery 1 med. cucumber, sliced 1/4 c. onion, sliced 1 tbsp. chives, chopped In bowl, combine yogurt, mustard and horseradish. Add remaining ingredients; toss to mix well. Refrigerate to chill. Makes 8 servings, 60 calories each. |
