1 pt. oysters with liquid 4 tbsp. butter 3 tbsp. flour 4 c. evaporated milk 3 c. water 1/8 tsp. celery salt 3/4 tsp. salt Drain oysters, saving the liquid. Melt butter, blend in flour, add oysters and liquid and heat just to boiling, stirring constantly. Add evaporated milk, water and seasoning and reheat. 10 to 12 servings. |
