APPLE CRISP 
5 to 6 c. peeled, cored, thinly sliced apples
3/4 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. butter

Arrange apples in greased 8 x 1/2 inch round pan. Combine oats, sugar, flour, cinnamon; cut into butter. Sprinkle mixture over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve warm with cream, if desired. Makes 6 servings.
