CHICKEN HOT DISH 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can evaporated milk
2 c. Chinese noodles
Pimento (optional)
Green pepper (optional)
1 c. cut up celery
1 c. chopped chicken
1 sm. can mushroom buttons
Slivered almonds

Mix all ingredients, place in greased dish and set in a pan of hot water. Bake at 275 degrees for 1 hour; increase heat to 350 degrees and bake for 1 hour longer. Garnish with hard - cooked eggs or slivered almonds. Makes 8 servings.
