ELLIS VINES' POTATO SALAD 
4 lg. potatoes
1 bunch sm. green onions
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 lg. jar pimento
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. dry parsley

Wash and steam potatoes until still slightly firm. Cool. Coarsely grate the potatoes. Dice onions fine. Dice pimentos fine. In large bowl, mix all the ingredients together well. Mix in approximately 1 pint mayonnaise until the right amount of moistness. Make macaroni salad exactly the same using the tiny macaroni.
