NEVER FAIL PIE CRUST | |
1 1/2 c. shortening 4 c. flour 1/2 c. cold water 1 tbsp. vinegar 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 egg Cut flour, sugar and salt in size of peas. Beat egg. Add egg, water and vinegar gradually to dry ingredients. Mix until you can handle well. Store in airtight container until ready to use. Roll out in use in your favorite pie recipe. |
