SEVEN WEEK REFRIGERATOR MUFFINS 
1 c. 100% Bran Buds
1 c. boiling water

Combine first 2 ingredients. Set aside.

1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. All Bran
2 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs, mix. Add buttermilk and bran mixture and blend. Add remaining and mix. Will keep 6 to 8 weeks in refrigerator. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Nuts and raisins may be added.
