REFRIGERATOR BRAN MUFFINS 
15 oz. box Raisin Bran cereal
3 c. sugar
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
1 qt. buttermilk

Mix these ingredients in order. Store in covered container in refrigerator. Use as desired. Fill greased muffin tin 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Batter will keep in refrigerator 4-6 weeks.
