CUTLETS ORIENTAL 
1 pkg. turkey cutlets
1/4 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. dry vermouth or dry sherry

Combine ingredients and pour over the cutlets. Marinate at least 1 hour. Saute cutlets each side approximately 3 minutes. Serve with vegetables or rice. Sprinkle with slivered toasted almonds.
