SEA FOAM LIME JELLO SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 3/4 c. pineapple (13 oz. can drained)
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add cold water and gradually add softened cream cheese. Mix well. Chill until almost firm. Then fold in marshmallows, pineapple and nuts. Can be put into a mold or dish.
