DANDY FRUIT SALAD | |
1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple 1 (20 oz.) can sliced peaches 1 can mandarin oranges 2 or 3 bananas 1 sm. jar maraschino cherries, drained 1 pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant) Drain and collect the juice from the pineapple, peaches and mandarin oranges. Measure 2 cups (if not 2 cups, add water) and mix with pudding. Cook until thick. Then cool thoroughly. After sauce has cooled, add fruits and chill before serving. Bananas will not turn dark. This keeps for days if kept cold. |
