CURRY CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI
CASSEROLE
 
2 (10 oz.) boxes broccoli spears
2 to 4 lg. chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 pkg. shredded cheese
Croutons

Cook chicken in salt water until tender. Cook broccoli. Combine soup, lemon juice, curry powder, and mayonnaise until saucy. Put broccoli on bottom of casserole, then chicken pieces on top. Pour sauce over this. Sprinkle cheese and croutons over all. Debone chicken, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
