STUFFED SQUASH 
6 whole squash (med. size)
Onions
butter
Crushed cracker crumbs
Cheese

Cook in salt water until tender when you stick a fork in them. Pour off water and cut off the neck save in a bowl. Cut squash long ways and take out the centers and put in bowl with the neck of the squash and mash up with a fork. Add grated onions, butter, crushed cracker, mix well. Put the stuffing back in the shells and put in a baking dish place a piece of cheese on top and bake at 300 degrees until cheese is melted.
