GLAZED CHOCOLATE LOAF 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines Swiss chocolate cake mix
1 c. quick oatmeal
1 1/4 c. water
3 eggs
1/2 c. Crisco oil

Grease two 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pans. Combine dry ingredients. Add water, eggs and oil; blend. Then beat for 2 minutes at medium speed. Divide batter in 2 pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes until inserted toothpick comes clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan, remove and cool on racks.

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix and spread.
