SAUSAGE AND MILK GRAVY 
Cut up any smoked sausage into fry pan with 1/2 cup water and simmer covered for a few minutes.

Mix 1/2 cup flour into 2 cups lowfat milk with wire whisk. Pour into pans of sausage and cook and stir to thicken. Serve on rice with a side dish of sauteed cabbage and carrots.
