RUFF RUFFS 
9 c. of Chex (corn, rice, and/or wheat)
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 piece of wax paper

Pour cereal into large bowl and set aside. Combine chocolate pieces, peanut butter and butter in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 1 1/2 minutes or until smooth, stirring after one minute. Stir vanilla extract into chocolate mixture. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal, stirring until all pieces are evenly coated. Pour cereal mixture and powdered sugar into large resealable plastic bags. Seal securely. Shake until all the pieces are well coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Store on waxed paper to cool. Store in resealable plastic bag or other airtight container.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
