TERIYAKI GLUTEN | |
Homemade gluten steaks 1/3 c. soy sauce 1 c. water 1/2 onion (sliced) 1/2 green bell pepper (sliced) 1 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. sesame seeds Slice steaks into 1/4 inch thicknesses. In large skillet, saute sesame seeds, onions and pepper slices. Remove onion and pepper while still crisp. Set aside. Add soy, water, and steaks to skillet. Simmer until most of the sauce is gone. Top with peppers and onions, toss and serve with brown rice. |
