CHUTNEY CHEESE BALL 
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 c. chopped raisins
1 c. chopped salted peanuts
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. curry
1/3 c. flaked coconut
1/3 c. minced fresh parsley
2 tbsp. chutney

Combine cream cheese and sour cream in a large bowl; beat at medium speed until smooth. Add raisins and next four ingredients; stir well. Shape mixture into 2 balls. Combine coconut and parsley; roll cheese balls in coconut mixture. Cover and chill 4 hours. Top with chutney before serving. Serve with crackers.
