TACO-NACHO DIP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can refried beans
Sm. can chopped chilies
1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. Monterey cheese with jalapeno pepper
Mild taco sauce

Brown the ground beef and drain the grease. Add 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning. Layer in a 9x13 inch pan. Layer 1: refried beans; Layer 2: ground beef with seasoning; Layer 3: chopped chilies; Layer 4: cheese; Layer 5: bottle of mild taco sauce. Top with 1 container (8 oz.) sour cream.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Add the sour cream after baking.
