CHEESEBURGER SURPRISE | |
1 lb. hamburger 1 can sweet peas 1 can tomato soup 2 c. Bisquick 2/3 c. milk 1 onion 1 sm. pkg. Velveeta cheese Saute 1 small onion and hamburger until brown. Drain fat. Add peas, including juice and add can of soup. Place in a 2 quart casserole dish. For biscuits: Combine Bisquick and milk. Mix to a soft dough. Cut Velveeta cheese into 1/2 inch cubes. Form a 2 inch ball with dough. Place chunk of cheese in center and roll with floured hands. Drop dough balls in casserole dish. Repeat until done. Place remaining cheese in between biscuits. Bake at 350 degrees until biscuits are done. |
