JERSEY CITY MACARONI SALAD 
1 lb. cooked and cooled elbow macaroni
1 sm. onion, diced
1 med. green pepper, diced
2 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
2 tbsp. mayonnaise

Mix macaroni, onion, and pepper until evenly distributed; then add oil and vinegar. Add mayonnaise. Salt and pepper to taste.
