JAPANESE MEAT DISH 
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lg. bell pepper, chopped
2 carrots, sliced thin
1 sm. head cabbage, sliced thin
4 pkg. ramen noodles, oriental flavor

Brown hamburger and onion; drain well. Boil ramen noodles only until done; drain completely.

Meanwhile in 3 tablespoons oil, stir fry carrots, then pepper, then cabbage adding each to the other in that order. Cook until crisply done. Add meat and onions. Stir together with noodles and flavor packets in noodles. Serve with soy sauce. Serves 4.
