PASTA SALAD 
Lg. pkg. rotini (spiral)
1 bunch celery, chopped
1 lg. can pimento
4 Jalapeno peppers, mild
1 bottle (10 oz.) creamy Italian dressing
Salt & pepper to taste
OPTIONAL: Cubed cheese, sliced ripe olives

Cook pasta according to directions. Drain. Finely chop celery, pimentos and peppers. Grate onion. Combine. Refrigerate covered for 24 hours.
