JEWELED FRUIT SAUCE 
1/3 c. Land O Lakes sweet cream butter
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. water
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. candied red & green cherries, quartered
1/2 c. golden raisins
1 tsp. brandy extract

In 2 quart saucepan melt butter. Stir in cornstarch and cinnamon until dissolved. Add sugar, water and orange juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened (5-6 minutes). Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve warm over ice cream or slices of pound cake. Yield 2 1/2 cups sauce.
