TRADITIONAL CHEESECAKE 
1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
3 (8 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/3 c. (14 oz. can) sweetened condensed milk
4 eggs
1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. grated lemon rind
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Fruit topping or fruit pie filling

Combine graham cracker crumbs and sugar; stir in butter. Press on bottom and 2 inches up side of 9 inch springform pan. Beat cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk in large mixer bowl. Beat in eggs, flour, lemon juice and rind.

Pour into crumb-lined pan. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 50 minutes. Spread with sour cream. Cook an additional 10 minutes or until set. Cool in pan. Garnish with your favorite fruit topping when serving.
