EASY CHOCOLATE DESSERT 
1/2 gal. ice cream (coffee or vanilla), softened
1 lg. box vanilla wafers
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 c. mini marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Melt chocolate chips with milk, marshmallows and add vanilla; stir. Line 3 quart flat casserole with vanilla wafers. Add layer of ice cream and chocolate sauce - twice. Top with chopped nuts. Freeze. When ready to serve, top with whipped cream and cherries.
