WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. wild rice
1 c. diced onion
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3-4 slices of bacon, fried

Boil wild rice in 6 cups water for 45 minutes. Do not stir. While rice is boiling, saute onions and celery in stick of butter. Drain rice. Mix rice and onion/celery mixture together. Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup. Mix well. Sprinkle top of mixture with crushed bacon pieces. Serve immediately or keep warm in oven.
