CCS - CHUCK'S CHICKEN STUFF 
4 - 5 stalks celery
1 onion
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 red bell pepper
2 lb. chicken breast fillets
2 cans Swanson's chicken broth
Dash flour
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Finely chop onion, celery and bell pepper. Stir fry vegetables in soy sauce until tender. Add water if necessary to finish vegetables. Cut up chicken and add to vegetables. Pour in chicken broth. Cook until chicken is tender. Stir in flour to thicken. Season to taste. Note: Add 1 to 2 pounds medium shelled shrimp after chicken has finished cooking. Shrimp should be done in 3 to 5 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.
