1 qt. vinegar 3 qts. water 1/2 c. salt Dill weed or seed Cloves of garlic Cucumbers Cauliflower Onions Ho t pepper, etc. Bring vinegar, water and salt to a boil and keep hot. Wash cucumbers and pack in jars (if they are large, quarter them). Add other vegetables of your choice. Pour vinegar mixture over cucumbers in jars and seal. If jars do not seal properly, put them in cold packer, bring water to a boil and process for 5 minutes. |
