CHICKEN ROLL-UPS | |
2 c. chopped chicken (2 breasts) 4 oz. cream cheese with chives 2 tbsp. butter 4 oz. can mushrooms 1 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls 3/4 c. crushed seasoned croutons 1/4 c. finely chopped walnuts 3 tbsp. melted butter SAUCE: 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 can Golden mushroom soup 1/2 c. milk Combine chicken, cream cheese, 2 tablespoons butter and mushrooms in mixing bowl. Fill each crescent roll with chicken mixture and mold dough to seal mixture in. Mix crushed croutons and walnuts in pie plate or flat bottom dish. Roll each roll up in melted butter and then in the crouton walnut mixture and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. While roll ups are baking, combine sauce ingredients in saucepan and heat through, do not boil. Serve roll ups with sauce over them. Complete meal by serving with Rice Pilaf and Orange Salad. |
