DUTCH SUGAR COOKIES 
6 c. flour
2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
4 tsp. cream of tartar
2 sticks butter, at room temperature

Blend together like for pie crust until small crumbles.

In a 2-cup measure, place 1 cup milk, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 teaspoon almond extract. Beat well and pour into dry ingredients. Mix well.
