VEG - ALL CASSEROLE 
2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. green pepper
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can water chestnuts, chopped and drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can creamed chicken soup

Mix and put in 9 x 13 inch dish. Cover with toasted cubes of bread. Melt 1/2 stick butter and pour over bread cubes. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or bubbling.
