SWISS STEAK 
1/2 tbsp. butter
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/2 green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1/2 c. juice from tomatoes
1 tbsp. A-1 sauce
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
2 lbs. chuck steak
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1 lb. can tomatoes
1 tbsp. corn starch

Cut steak into 1 inch cubes. Drain, chop tomatoes. Place steak cubes on foil, spread with butter, overlapping each portion. Sprinkle with onion soup mix, mushrooms, diced green pepper and chopped tomatoes. Season and add juice from tomatoes, A-1 sauce and corn starch.

Pour over meat and vegetable. Bring up foil to cover and seal tightly. Bake 2 hours at 365 degrees. Roll back foil and sprinkle with parsley.
