LEMON BAKED CHICKEN 
1 fryer, cut up, skin and fat removed
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange chicken in a shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and bake 40 minutes. Uncover and cook additional 20 minutes or until brown.
