LEMON BUTTER CREAM FROSTING 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 egg yolk
1 (16 oz.) pkg. powdered sugar, sifted
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
5-6 tbsp. lemon juice

Cream butter, add egg yolk and beat well. Add sugar, beating well. Add remaining ingredients, beating until smooth.
