SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. crookneck squash (yellow)
1 c. med. sharp cheese, diced
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. chopped onions
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. scalded milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together; add milk last. Pour into baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
