SOUR CREAM BISCUITS 
2 tsp. sugar
1/3 c. sour cream
1/3 c. club soda
2 c. biscuit mix or Bisquick mix

Mix well, knead until smooth, using extra flour on hands if sticky. Roll on well floured mat or counter to about 1/4" thick, cut with biscuit cutter. Put biscuits on a greased pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes or until light brown, whichever comes first.
