EASY COCONUT PIES 
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
1 can flaked coconut
2 unbaked pastry shells

Combine sugar, baking powder, flour and eggs; beat well. Add remaining ingredients, except pastry shell. Mix well. Pour immediately into pastry shells. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. These pies freeze well.
