LUSCIOUS SWEET POTATO PIE 
1 lb. (2 medium) sweet potatoes, cooked and peeled
1/2 c. soft butter
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1/4 c. orange flavored liqueur (or 2 tsp. grated orange peel)
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 9-inch pie shell, unbaked
Cool Whip topping, optional

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large mixing bowl, mash sweet potatoes with butter. Add next 5 ingredients and beat with mixer until mixture is smooth and well blended. Stir in eggs and pour into pie shell.

Bake at 350°F for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool. Refrigerate leftovers. May be served with Cool Whip on top.
