CHICKEN SOUP 
1 whole chicken
2 chicken bouillon cubes
6 to 8 potatoes
2 or 3 carrots
Noodles
Salt
Pepper
Parsley flakes

Cook chicken about 1 hour. Take chicken out of water. Take the meat off of the bone. Put the meat back in the water, cook 1/2 hour longer on high. Add bouillon cubes, if needed. Add potatoes and carrots. Cook over medium heat. When potatoes are done, cook noodles in separate pot. Drain. Add noodles, season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley flakes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
