BLUEBERRY SOUR CREAM CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. fresh blueberries, rinsed, drained and floured

Cream butter until fluffy. Beat in sugar. Beat in eggs, beating until smooth. Stir in sour cream. Stir in flour, baking soda, salt and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Fold in blueberries. Spread half of the batter into greased 9x13 pan.

Mix brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon. Sprinkle mixture evenly over top of batter. Spread remaining batter over top. Temperature: 350. Time: 40-45 minutes. Cool then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
